Karin's Empowering Methodology

Karins motto is ‘Fear to Freedom’ and she is very passionate about inspiring others in seeing options, alternatives and in shifting ways of thinking, to think creatively outside of the box and norms. Karin’s other motto is ‘Bringing the Heart back to Education’ as Karin is especially skilled at helping people think flexibly outside the box and is passionate about assisting those struggling and overwhelmed with their studies, or with the Education system, to break things down and help them see a clear pathway through.

Rather than just passively accepting having to follow guidelines for compliance or the way ‘you have to go’ Karin encourages inspires and helps find alternate routes and creative ways to meet compliance requirements within the Education system. She helps with alternatives inspiring others to think and approach things differently.

Karin is a highly creative and intuitive thinker seeing possibilities others cannot see or think of and she has a forward thinking and multidisciplinary approach to teaching, learning and education. She is skilled at transforming thinking and seeing multiple possibilities where others see only one or cannot see their way out. Karin sees education through multiple lenses as her interests bridge the divide between traditional, progressive and alternative approaches.

Seeing beyond traditional approaches, Karin is passionate about holistic and creative approaches which engages, empowers and inspires students to not only enjoy learning but also widen perspective, develop a holistic understanding and deep learning. This, in turn, helps develop confidence and trust in their unique individuality and abilities.

Karin is deeply passionate about the student experience at tertiary level and cares about students and fellow teachers having a voice and wants to inspire a new paradigm to break down the barriers, awaken and transform our educational experiences.
